1. Letter requesting diploma confirmation (notarized diploma)
2. Original Diploma and 2X copies
3. Fee for diploma confirmation (money order payable to Korean Consulate General)
   *All fee will vary depending on Consulate in your area*
4. Copy of Passport (2 forms of Identification)
5. Self-Stamped Envelope (if requesting return in mail)

In Person

1. Original Diploma
2. Forms of Identification (Passport, Driver's License, Etc.)
3. Diploma Confirmation Fee (Notarized Diploma)- Will Vary- Usually fee will range from
    $3.00- $3.50.
