Diploma Confirmation
This process
is your final requirement towards your work visa. You are required
to send
the original diploma confirmation certificate to us
by courier mail.
This is necessary for visa approval. To apply
for a diploma confirmation, you may receive
the diploma confirmation
by mail or in person at the nearest Korean Consulate

The Korean
Consulate will stamp the photocopied diploma certificate with their
official seal, verifying the authenticity of the diploma.
Requirements by mail:

Letter requesting diploma confirmation (notarized diploma)

Original Diploma and 2X copies
4 Fee for diploma confirmation
(money order payable to the Korean Consulate General) *Fees will vary depending
on the Consulate in your area*
5 Copy of Passport (2 forms of Identification)
6 Self-Stamped Envelope (if requesting return in mail)

2 Original Diploma
3 Forms of Identification (Passport,
Driver's License, Etc.)
4 Diploma Confirmation Fee (Notarized
Diploma)- Will Vary- Usually fee will range from $3.00- $3.50.
We advise using registered or express mail. Please do not send cash.
The diploma confirmation is good as the original diploma. Once hired
the employer will net need your original diploma.After this is complete
the processing of the working visa can begin.
