B) Information provided by visitors for Member IDs will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only by the staff members of OkayKorea.com.  Information provided will not be made publicly available and will not be sold to any others.  ID information will only be used to create, design, and introduce new services and materials.  ID information may also be used to determine the profile makeup of OkayKorea.com's visitors when advertisements are solicited.

D) Information posted on the Resume Posting Board becomes public property.  This is not a part of OkayKorea.com's recruiting services, and your privacy rights may not be protected.  If you wish to purge a resume on the board that you posted, please email OkayKorea.com.  OkayKorea.com will not be held liable for the violation of privacy when resumes are posted on this board.  All users of the Resume Posting Board utilize this service voluntarily.

E) Resumes and information submitted through the online, automated job application to OkayKorea.com for its recruiting services will be kept confidential and will not become public property.  Online applications and resumes will only be shown to trusted, potential employers and other recruiters with whom OkayKorea.com has working relationships.  Online applications and resumes submitted to OkayKorea.com will not be returned to the original owners, but will be discarded when OkayKorea.com is notified in writing via email.

F) OkayKorea.com is not responsible for the privacy rights of individuals who utilize the Pen Pal section of the web site.  All users of this service acknowledge that information they provide is voluntary and becomes public domain.  OkayKorea.com will not be held responsible for any damages that may arise out of this service.

G) IDs of members who blatantly violate the Private Policy will have their IDs purged and they will be banned from the web site.

H) Cookies from visitors to the web site are not used.  However, if they are used in the future, they will only be used to improve OkayKorea.com's services and for advertising purposes.

I) Apart from occasional email news updates and announcements, OkayKorea.com pledges never to spam.  At anytime, a member may request that his or her email address be purged from the distribution list.

J) Email addresses of OkayKorea.com's members will not be made public.
 

3. General Rules

A) Freedom of expression is respected on this web site, but offensive materials will be purged by OkayKorea.com from all areas of the web site.  Furthermore, OkayKorea.com reserves the right to control what gets posted/submitted on the web site.

B) If it is ever determined that materials submitted to or posted on OkayKorea.com is offensive or violates the principles of intellectual property, OkayKorea.com will take all actions necessary to promptly purge these materials from the web site.  Furthermore, it is agreed that OkayKorea.com will be notified if any materials are deemed offensive or in violation of the principles of intellectual property before any legal actions are taken against it.

C) OkayKorea.com is not responsible for the accuracy and content of any information posted/submitted in the public areas as defined above in the Privacy Policy.

D) OkayKorea.com is not responsible for the accuracy of information or contents posted by advertisers on this web site.  OkayKorea.com will not accept and will purge all false and misleading advertisements.  OkayKorea.com will not be held liable for any damages that may result out of false or misleading advertisements.

E) OkayKorea.com only acts as a broker between job applicants and employers when its fee-based recruiting services are utilized.  OkayKorea.com is not responsible for any damages that may arise out of false and misleading information provided by and between these two parties.

F) OkayKorea.com reserves the right to refuse applications for its fee-based recruiting services as it sees fit.

G) If a job applicant who has been hired through OkayKorea.com's fee-based recruiting services reneges on his or her obligations, the employer will deal directly with that employee.  OkayKorea.com will not be held liable for any damages.

H) If an employment offers employment through OkayKorea.com's fee-based recruiting services and reneges on its obligations, the employee will deal directly with that employer.  OkayKorea.com will not be held liable for any damages.

I) Members, who gain employment through the free Resume Posting Board, agree that OkayKorea.com played no role in their hiring process.  Any transaction that may arise out of the free Resume Posting Board is strictly between the employee and employer.

J) The employer agrees to pay all fees for applicants offered employment through OkayKorea.com's fee-based recruiting services.  Furthermore, the employer will pay for any expenses associated with extra-ordinary services rendered by OkayKorea.com when and if there is a prior agreement in place.  Employers will pay late penalties to OkayKorea.com if payments are not rendered for services performed in a timely manner.

K) Job applicants who use OkayKorea.com's fee-based recruiting services are not guaranteed a job.  OkayKorea.com only offers recruiting services, referrals, and consulting services.

L) Employers are not guaranteed any job acceptances.  OkayKorea.com acts only as a broker and offers recruiting services, referrals, and consulting services.

M) Fees for recruiting services will be paid for by the employer if he or she hires an employee through OkayKorea.com's recruiting services.  The employee pays nothing for OkayKorea.com's recruiting services.

N) Both the employer and employee pledge that they will not get OkayKorea.com involved in their legal disputes.

O) The online job application for OkayKorea.com's recruiting services is an automated one that takes in information "as is" as provided for by the employee.  OkayKorea.com is not liable for any misleading information.

P) Every member and visitor agree that this is a commercial web site providing both free and non-free services and content materials.

Q) All visitors to this web site do so voluntarily at his or her own risk.  OkayKorea.com makes no warranties for the materials and services provided on the web site.

R) All visitors to OkayKorea.com pledge to use this web site only for legal and lawful purposes.

S) All links to third party sites are provided as is.  OkayKorea.com is not responsible for the content materials of any third party linked sites.

T) OkayKorea.com does not discriminate based on race, sex, creed, ethnicity, or religion.

U) The laws and statutes of the Republic of Korea will govern this Usage Policy.
