Banking

Korean and foreign banks are available throughout Korea. One can deposit, withdraw, and transfer funds. Bank accounts can be open ay any Korean Bank. Passport and Certificate of Alien Registration are required. Some banks have English-Speaking assistants.

Open at 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
Open at 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM (Saturday)

ATM machines
ATM machines are now readily available throughout Korea. One can withdraw, deposit, and transfer funds from a Korean bank account through the ATM machines 365 days a year from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A few banks offer 24-hour ATM service and English service.
